I told you this was going to be random and its not strictly going to follow my vinyl collection. The last couple of morning listening to Radio 2 as you do at my age, it struck me that they have a tendency to play a cracker of tune just after Beverley gets out of the car and goes into work. So here are the last couple of days, think you will agree they are good tunes.
Of course Happy Days was the theme to the American comedy show that starred the cool for cats "Fonz", played by Henry Winkler. I seem to remember a lot of folk at school carrying the small black comb in their back pocket at the time.
Secondly Men at Work with "Down Under", I was convinced for many years that the lyrics was "and then he gave my a bite of his sandwich", well I had never heard of Vegimite had I!

Land Down Under is a superb tune. Talking of mondegreens I thought he sang 'where women go and men chunder', and not 'where women go and men plunder'.
